I just got back to my desk after my annual performance review with my supervisor. According to my evaluation (and I have it in writing), I consistently exceed expectations and I deserve a raise and a promotion--but I won't get one this year.Thanks, crappy economy!

crap!! I hate to say it, but at least you have a job. But you still deserve it!!
I would be spitting nails along with saying thank you for not laying me off.... What a mixed feeling.
